    Refunds for services are subject to the following conditions:
  1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement:
    • Full refunds are available if the client cancels the service before any work has commenced.
  2. Non-Delivery of Service:
    • If MISHO IT FIRM is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Dissatisfaction with Service:
    • If the client is dissatisfied with the delivered service, a refund request must be submitted within 2 days of project delivery. Refunds in such cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be offered after deducting costs for the work completed.

  1. Defective Products:
    • For software or digital products, if defects or bugs are reported within 15 days of purchase and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Non-Compatibility:
    • Refunds are not available for issues related to the client’s system compatibility unless explicitly stated in the product description.

  1. Refunds for subscription services will be issued for unused months if the subscription is canceled within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

  • If client’s post or link will not index in google, a full refund will be issued.

    • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
  3. Approval and Payment:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after project commencement.
  • Delays or failures caused by the client.
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations not under the control of MISHO IT FIRM.
