- Services
Refunds for services are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation Before Service Commencement:
- Full refunds are available if the client cancels the service before any work has commenced.
- Non-Delivery of Service:
- If MISHO IT FIRM is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
- Dissatisfaction with Service:
- If the client is dissatisfied with the delivered service, a refund request must be submitted within 2 days of project delivery. Refunds in such cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be offered after deducting costs for the work completed.
- Products
- Defective Products:
- For software or digital products, if defects or bugs are reported within 15 days of purchase and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
- Non-Compatibility:
- Refunds are not available for issues related to the client’s system compatibility unless explicitly stated in the product description.
- Subscription-Based Services
- Refunds for subscription services will be issued for unused months if the subscription is canceled within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
- Google indexing failure
- If client’s post or link will not index in google, a full refund will be issued.
- Refund Process
- Request Submission:
- Clients must submit a refund request in writing via email to [email protected] with details of the service/product, reason for the refund, and supporting documents, if applicable.
- Review and Response:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
- Approval and Payment:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after project commencement.
- Delays or failures caused by the client.
- Issues arising from third-party integrations not under the control of MISHO IT FIRM.
